Defeat

This was done as part of a game I got going with the camera club.   For me, it was an excuse to play, and I took this picture of my dusty chess set with a very improvisational “softbox” consisting of a two-step stepladder, an SB-800 flash (triggered wirelessly), and a white-ish shirt.  Reflector held on the other side to fill in the shadows a little.

Hey, it was an experiment.
